At the request of the late Rev. Sung Chil In, the first Korean Missionary to Haiti, Rev. Ki Soo Chang(Sr. Pastor of The Immanuel Church of NJ) registered Haiti Mission USA, Inc, non-profit mission organization, to the State of New Jersey on Nov. 11th, 2004
On Nov. 16th, 2004, Haiti Mission USA Inc was handed over by Rev. Sung Chil In, the 2.3 acres of land(9,480 m2) and an elementary school, and a church building under construction on the land. This is the beginning of the Mission ministry of Haiti Mission USA. Since this date, The Immanuel Church of NJ is supporting the teachers' salary of Daniel Elementary School
On Sep. 3rd, 2005, The Immanuel Church of NJ(Sr. Pastor Ki Soo Chang) completed the church building and Duvivier Emmanuel Church(Pastor Jean Jacques Colo) moved in and began to worship in the building, Duvivier, Village of Rapatrie
2On Nov. 1st, 2005, HMUSA leased a building for Vision Center in Tabarre 25, Port-au- Prince, Haiti
On Oct. 1st, 2016, The Immanuel Church of NJ (Sr Pastor Ki Soo Chang) commissioned a Missionary Brian Byongjoon Pak as a Missionary of HMUSA to Haiti
On Nov. 19th, we had dedication worship service of Duvivier Emmanuel Church(Sr. Pastor, Jean Jacques Colo)
On June 25th, 2008, HMUSA received Tax Exempt Permit from Internal Revenue Service, USA
On Sep, 2009, Pastor Etienne planted Mahanaim First Presbyterian Church in Meyer. The First Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn agreed to support Pastor Etienne Family and their housing as brother church
At the end of October, 2011, HMUSA completed the construction of Daniel Mission Middle School
As of Aug.31, Missionary Byongjoon Pak resigned and left HMUSA
On Feb 1st, 2015, HMUSA leased a new building and moved Vision Center to Tabarre 27
On March 27th, Easter Sunday, Immanuel Church of NJ(Sr. Pastor Ki Soo Chang) commissioned Missionary In Hee Won, the second Missionary of HMUSA to Haiti
KAPC Pastors came to Haiti, March 28-April 1, 2016, began to teach Haiti ordained pastors on March 29th-30th with Reformed Theology for Extended Education

From September 25th to 29th, 2017, Rev. Choi Nam-soo(Gwangmyeong Church in Uijeongbu), and Rev. Park Hee-geun and French interpreters from the U.S. came to Korea to hold a prayer school for pastoral pastors for two days from September 26-27
