Article 1. The purpose of the terms and conditions

Article 3. Join membership
Those who wish to sign up for membership shall enter their membership information according to the registration form set by HMUSA and apply for membership by pressing the "Register" button.
HMUSA grants membership registration to those who apply for membership unless:
In case the member registration is false
In case an application is made for the purpose of obstructing the social well-being order or the aesthetic customs.
In case other HMUSA's application requirements are not met
HMUSA can restrict the acceptance of a service application if the following subparagraphs are applicable, and it can withhold approval until the reasons for the application are resolved:
The capacity of the service-related facilities
If there is a technical reason for failure
Other HMUSA acknowledgement required
Article 4. Membership withdrawal and loss of qualification
When a member wants to cancel the service contract, click Set Up Your Mail to leave. HMUSA takes steps to cancel the membership registration upon receiving the request for withdrawal.
HMUSA and the company can terminate the service contract without prior notice, or suspend service use by setting a period of time, if the member falls under the following subparagraphs :
In case member registration details are found to be false.
If someone else's service ID and password are stolen
In case the statutes and these terms and conditions are prohibited using the service or conduct acts against symbiosis and good manners and customs
In case of harm to service operation or impairing sound operation.
In case of violation of other relevant statutes or the terms of use specified by HMUSA
Article 5. Protection of personal information
HMUSA and the company strive to protect the members' personal information, including their membership information, as provided under the relevant laws. As for the protection of members' personal information, it is based on the related statutes and the "Privacy Policy" set by HMUSA and the company..
Article 6. The duty of a company
The company shall do its best to provide the service in a consistent and stable manner as prescribed by the Act and the terms and conditions of this
The company thoroughly implements the management and security of the members' personal information (credit information) so that the users can use the Internet service safely. However, the company is not responsible for any problems caused by the HMUSA administrator's poor management of the management account.
The company does not send commercial e-mails that the members do not want. However, if the member does not express his or her intention to refuse, it can be sent out.
Article 7. The duty of a member
The member shall not violate the relevant statutes, the provisions of this Agreement or other service terms and conditions, and shall not do any of the following:
An act to enter false information when applying for or changing a membership registration.
The act of cheating the ID and password of another member.
The act of planning and implementing the service use by the member with the aim of undermining national or social interests.
Using services to send unsolicited spam, obscene, and advertising mail
An act of defaming others
Violating copyright and intellectual property rights of HMUSA and other third parties of the company
Any action that could interfere with the stable operation of the service.
The act of replicating or commercializing information obtained using HMUSA and its services without prior consent from HMUSA and the company.
The act of a member posting obscene materials on a communication or bulletin board or linking pornographic sites.
Hacking or spreading computer viruses
Other acts in violation of the relevant laws
Article 8. Manager's duty
The Manager shall not violate the relevant statutes, the provisions of this Agreement or other service terms and conditions, and shall not do any of the following:
The act of leaking or stealing member's data.
The act of fraudulently using the member's ID.
The act of using administrator functions for purposes other than normal site operations.
The act of using a service to disclose or post spam, obscene, or advertising mail that is not approved by HMUSA or service organization or other.
In case of operating and managing a site in violation of the copyright and intellectual property rights of HMUSA and the Company and other third parties.
Violating copyright and intellectual property rights of HMUSA and Company and other third parties.
Any action that could interfere with the stable operation of the service.
The act of a member posting obscene materials on a communication or bulletin board, linking pornographic sites, or not taking any action while being aware of the facts.

Article 9. Commitment to member ID and password
Each user is responsible for managing the member's ID and password.

The member must notify HMUSA or follow HMUSA's instructions as soon as he or she realizes that his ID and password are stolen or used by a third party.
Article 10. Deletion of public publications or contents
HMUSA can delete any public notice or contents posted by the member in violation of or exceeding the requirements of Article 7 paragraph 1 of prior notice or consent.
Article 11. Rights and obligations to posts
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by HMUSA belong to HMUSA.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to the work prepared by the Company belong to the Company.
All rights and responsibilities, including copyrights, shall lie with the members who post them.
Article 12. Information Offering and Advertising by Company
The company can provide various information to the members through notice or e-mail.
The company can place advertisements on service screens, communities, and e-mail related to service operation.
Article 13. Service hours
Service use is available 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, unless there is any business or technical difficulties with the company. However, if there are unavoidable reasons, such as inspection, failure of the facility or explosion of service use, the use of the service may be restricted to some or all of the services.
Article 14. Stopping the Service Delivery
The company may stop providing the service if:
In case of necessity for maintenance inspection and expansion of replacement of information and communication facilities
In case the service cannot be provided due to a system failure, communication interruption, etc.
In the event of a reason why the other company cannot provide the service
Article 15. A revision of the terms and conditions
The company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the Telecommunications Business Act or other laws related to Korea.
When the company revises the terms and conditions, it shall specify the application date and the reason for the revision and notify it on the main screen of the company site from 7 days before the application date to the date before the application date.
If the company revises these terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions shall also apply to users who join the membership prior to the amendment unless the amendment violates the related statutes.
Members who have objections to the changed terms may withdraw under Article 4 paragraph 1.

Article 17. Escape clause
The company shall be exempted from the responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
The company shall not be held responsible for the loss of the profit expected by the member using the service, and shall be exempted from damages caused by data obtained through the service.
In addition to the data posted by HMUSA and the company, the members are not responsible for information, data, accuracy and reliability of facts posted by the members.
Article 18. A competent court
A lawsuit arising from a dispute between HMUSA and its members regarding the use of the service is filed with the jurisdiction of HMUSA, which operates the service.
